All Cash on Delivery (C.O.D)/Credit Card paid orders are same day. if placed after delivery times have cut off, the order will be sent out the following day.

Bank Transfer/ Online Payment orders are shipped once payment is made and a confirmation receipt is sent showing proof of payment. 

Proof of payment should be emailed to us at refreshwholesaleja@gmail.com

Order Placed By Bank Transfer will show as processing until payment is finalized.

Knutsford Express is a delivery service offered in Jamaica by a third party. Packages sent by Knutsford arrive same day or next day (depending on delays)

Zipmail is a delivery service offered by the Jamaica Post. Packages sent by Zipmail arrive within 1-3 days (depending on delays)

Only Same Day Orders will be accepted for Ice Cream and any products that requires refrigeration. It is important that we provide the best quality products and melted ice cream is not something we want to be apart of. Please only place orders for ice cream if you intend to receive same day delivery

Refresh accepts Cash on Delivery (C.O.D), Bank Transfer, Online Transfer, Lynk App and Credit Card Payments. We try our best to facilitate those who have and also those who don’t have access to a credit card. You do not need a credit card to shop with us.

NOTE: if using a credit card ensure your currency is set to USD

The Minimum for checkout is $1500 JMD or $12 USD. If your Cart does not meet this requirement, you will not be able to checkout. 

Delivery fees depend on your location. Our Rates are as follows:

Kingston (within the corporate area) $450 (Door to Door Delivery)

Kingston (Outside of Corporate Area) $650- $700 (Door to Door Delivery)

Portmore $700 (Door to Door Delivery)

Spanish Town $900 (Door to Door Delivery)

All other Areas & Parishes $700 (Knutsford  & Zipmail Only)

Subscriptions can be paid for using your credit card. They can only be paid for using USD. If in error you are having problems paying for a subscription, please check if your currency if in JMD or USD.

If it is in JMD then change it to USD by using the currency switcher embedded into our website (located on the right side of your screen)

Custom Packages can be built by simply adding snacks to your cart in our shop section. Add as many as you like. Payment for custom packages can be made by using one of 3 methods:

Yes We do have a rewards program called FreshCoins

Fresh Coins are earned every time you make a qualified completed purchase.

Your personal Fresh Coin Balance will be reflected in your account dashboard. You may also reedem them there for coupons.

Fresh Coins can be redeemed for coupons in your account dashboard. These coupons can be used for discounts off future purchases

To redeem a coupon you need a minimum of 15000 Fresh Coins.
