When I think of making Cheesecake I sigh at just the thought of hot water baths and aerating the mixture. Making Cheesecake is a tiresome task but rewarding non the less. All of this work for what I consider my favorite type of cake, but I found a solution. No more chances of being burnt by scorching hot water or whipping until your wrist cry’s foul, although some mixing is required, Jell-O no bake cheesecake drastically cuts the fat and let’s you get to the festivities. In our case we have decided to add a little kick by using Rum Cream but you can dress it up anyway you like using the foundations of the process. Great for family and friends and a quick dessert for those of us who are limited by time. 

What do you need to make Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake?
  • Refrigerator
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 11/2 cups Milk/a milk based substitute
What can I add to No Bake Cheesecake?

You can add anything that suits your pallet. Chocolate, Peanut butter, Rum cream. The sky is the limit.

How do i prevent Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake from being runny?

The filling requires one and a half cups of milk. do not exceed the recommended amount. Also ensure you whip the mixture until it reaches a stiff peak.

Does Jell-O No Bake taste different?

No it does not taste different from traditional cheesecake despite the shortened process. There are no compromises on taste.

How long can i keep Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake in the fridge?

If properly covered you can keep this dessert for 7-10 days in your fridge, but given how tasty it is then their might not be much left
